Nash Thomas Analytics is a trading name of Nash Thomas Ltd (Company No. 16058534), registered in England and Wales.

We collect information you provide in enquiries, including contact details and project context, and use it to respond to requests and deliver services.

Enquiries sent through our contact form are processed by our website hosting on Microsoft Azure and delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. If that service is temporarily unavailable, the form uses Formspree as a backup to deliver your enquiry to the same mailbox. These providers act as our data processors and handle your information only to deliver it to us.

We do not sell personal information. Data is retained only as required for service delivery, legal obligations or legitimate business operations.
